WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use Royal Mail first class service for all our online orders. Please note - during the Covid-19 pandemic that Royal Mail orders are taking longer than usual.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All of our items are posted within 1-2 working days of receiving your order - delivery times are then dependant on your location in the world.

 

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY SHIPPING?

Currently we don’t offer next day delivery.

 

 

 DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.K?

Yes, we now post worldwide!

 

 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes of course, if the item/s are not suitable for you please follow the returns procedure (below) and providing we receive the item back within 14 days in the condition it was sent to you in then we will issue you a refund. Please note, you must cover the cost of the return postage.
